Product Colors

We try to produce pictures that show the exact color of a product. However your monitor may not show colors correctly so we cannot guarantee the color will be the exact same as you view on your monitor because many monitors will display colors differently. I you order a red shirt for example you will get a red shirt but the color red might vary slightly to what you saw on your monitor, this depends on your monitors graphics ability etc.

Purchase and Delivery of Products (goods,items,downloads)

Your Purchase is a request for FreeChoiceWorld.com to organize package and deliver your products to the designated delivery address provided. All delivery charges will be displayed during checkout. Our shipping costs are based on a minimum plus weight based allowing for all country deliveries because we ship Internationally. All products are shipped by air. Many of our products are warehoused and shipped by our suppliers , wholesalers or manufactures direct to you on our behalf.

Custom Duties Worldwide

All countries have custom duties and taxes for imports. You are responsible for knowing the tax/custom free duties and limits set of your country and whether you can lawfully import the products you have ordered into your country. You are the importer on record and must comply with the laws and regulations of the country you are sending your order to. You are responsible for the payment if any on the goods you ordered. We do not add on taxes or import duties in the item price these must be paid on entry to a country. Most countries have a tax free/custom free limit before any import duties are paid e.g. Australia its around $1000 and only products over this amount is subject to import duties

To the extent permitted by applicable laws FreeChoiceWorld.com does not accept any liability for any damage or injury of any nature caused by the use or misuse of products purchased from FreeChoiceWorld.com, Mistakes or inaccuracies on the website, acting or failing to act on any information referred to on the website or any linked website. Unorthorised access to oruse of our servers and or personal information and financial information that might be stored on those servers, interruption or breaks in transmission to or from the website, and or any trojan horses, bugs, viruses or any other harmful code or communications which may be transmitted to or from the website by any third party.

Warranties and conditions apply and nothing in the terms and conditions excludes the application of those statutory conditions and warranties. Because we ship Worldwide the manufacturer warranties apply to all items sold on FreeChoiceWorld.com.

All prices and sale transactions are quoted for worldwide delivery unless otherwise stated and is in US Dollars. All impoer duties including taxes and custom duties if any are payable by you the buyer/purchaser and its up to you to check your allowable limits before such custom duties/taxes become payable

If you recieve your item and it is not working or damaged during transit to you it will be replaced provided you send the item back
